Write to hello@percentbox.com. That is the contact address for both SalarioBox and PercentBox. Every message is read by the publisher. There is no contact form, no phone line and no office you can visit, because none of those exists for this project.

Useful messages name the page, the numbers you typed, and what you think the statute says instead. A screenshot of a payslip with the name and the tax number covered is enough if you are asking why a line differs. Do not send identity documents, passwords, or a full tax return.

A reply, if you get one, is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not create a client relationship. For a filing, a contract or a dispute with an employer, use a certified accountant, a lawyer, or the Tax Authority and Social Security directly. Portal das Finanças and Segurança Social Direta are the official inboxes for your own tax and contribution position.

Advertising and privacy requests

Requests to access, correct or delete information this site holds about you, and questions about cookies or ads, use the same email. Say 'privacy' in the subject. What the site actually stores is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy: a consent choice, and, only if you accept, Google Analytics and Google advertising cookies. There is no account database.
